Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Honey and Hive purchase, you may return unworn items with their tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@honeyandhiveusa.com. Please include your order number in the email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We also do not provide return label.

Damages and issues
We take great care in inspecting each item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you believe your item has arrived damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at support@honeyandhiveusa.com with pictures of the damage. We’re here to help and will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Please include your order number in the email.
Exchanges
Due to limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your bank and then contact us at support@honeyandhiveusa.com.
Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between November 25 and December 21, 2025 can be returned or exchanged through January 5, 2026.

This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone screen has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show all of our products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Honey and Hive is responsible for your order until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors, and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
We recommend shipping to a secure location and regularly checking your tracking information to stay updated on your package's status.

All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse and discard the items without providing a refund.
